Track your order

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. That way you'll know exactly when your package will arrive.

How do you track your order?

1. Open the confirmation email you received from Kenza Beauty Lab.
2. Click the "View your order" button to see the current status.
3. Use the tracking link to follow your package directly with the carrier.

Haven't received an email?

First check your spam folder. Not there either? Send us a message at kenzabeautylab@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help you out as soon as possible.

Please note that it can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours after shipping before tracking becomes active.
