How it started

I became fascinated by the combination of beauty, wellness, and technology. Products such as LED and red light therapy, skincare tools, and other beauty technology deserve more explanation than a product photo and a sales promise.

That is why I research, compare, and select products with attention to technology, specifications, intended use, available evidence, and realistic expectations. When information is missing or evidence is unclear, we do not pretend to know more than we do.

I believe it is easier to choose a beauty or wellness product when you understand what it is designed to do, which properties actually matter, and how to use it appropriately.
