At Kenza Beauty Lab, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can make use of our return policy.

Return period

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Conditions

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• All labels and stickers are still attached
• The product is not damaged
• Hygiene products (such as masks and skincare) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened

How do you request a return?

1. Send an email to info@kenzabeautylab.nl with your order number and the reason for return
2. You'll receive a confirmation and further instructions within 2 business days
3. Send the product to the address provided
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

Refund

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
